The membrane shell made of PSU material has the following performance characteristics:

1,Mechanical properties: The PSU membrane shell has excellent mechanical properties, with tensile strength and tear resistance higher than ordinary engineering plastics. Under high temperature conditions, its mechanical performance retention rate is high, and its tensile strength does not change much within the range of -100-150 ºC, with the characteristics of high modulus and high strength. Its creep resistance is significant, and under long-term stress, the size change is minimal.

2,High temperature resistance: The PSU membrane shell has excellent heat resistance and a high glass transition temperature, usually around 185 ºC. It can be used continuously at 160 ºC and even up to 190 ºC for short-term use.

3,Chemical corrosion resistance: The PSU membrane shell has good stability against most inorganic acids, bases, and salt solutions, and can resist the erosion of chemical substances. However, it can cause corrosion to certain polar organic solvents such as ketones, halogenated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, etc.

4,,Electrical performance: The PSU membrane housing has excellent electrical performance over a wide temperature and frequency range, with minimal changes in electrical performance in water and humid air
Other performance: PSU membrane shell has good transparency, with a transmittance of up to 88% for a 0.2mm thick membrane, excellent radiation resistance, and low moisture absorption
